Join Richard Bayliss for an inspiring day discovering the expressive possibilities of paint and mixed media. Through bold mark-making, collage, cropping and playful experimentation, you’ll explore new ways of responding to the landscape.
Open to painters of all abilities, it’s a welcoming space to try new processes, expand your visual language, and uncover exciting possibilities with paint.
With the focus on process rather than producing a finished piece, you’ll leave with a rich collection of ideas, and source material to spark and inform your future work.
Taking place in the coastal village of Weybourne. Weather permitting this workshop will combine both plein air and studio painting, with the venue being a stone’s throw from the beach we will draw inspiration from the stunning landscape of North Norfolk, with rolling hills, marshes and cliffs that give way to the shingle beaches and ever dramatic North Sea.
