Experimentation of approach to still life

Drawing from life and interpreting what you see imaginatively

Colour Mixing from the paints provided

Layering paint to explore different ways of creating shapes and composition

Creating a painting in the afternoon, inspired by what you’ve explored earlier

Gabriella will demonstrate each exercise and spend time with each artist.

 

Planning your journey

Weybourne is situated close to the market town of Holt and the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer. If visiting by car, there is a car park at Weybourne Village Hall (Where we will be based).

The nearest train station is in Sheringham. There are regular trains here from Norwich and then it is a short, 3 mile bus or taxi journey to Weybourne. The venue is then a 2 minute walk from the bus stop.
